Job summary

Ummeed Housing Finance is seeking a Recruitment professional to ensure 100% manning of budgeted positions and drive recruitment initiatives across branches. The role focuses on sourcing mix, pipeline maintenance, and timely offers while ensuring positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication, negotiation skills, and confidentiality; a team player who can handle multiple HR operations and branch visits with reporting and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manning budgeted positions and recruitment drives.
• Manage sourcing mix and focus on preferred sources.
• Ensure continuous pipeline of candidates and maintain vacancy TATs.
• Issuance of offers and smooth onboarding of new joinees.
• First point of contact for payroll, attendance, grievances and discipline.
• MIS & monthly reports; branch visits per template; special projects as needed.
• Attrition control and exit interviews; ad-hoc HR initiatives.

• Ensure pre joining connect to keep drop offer less than 5%
• Branch Visits - As per the prescribed template and report submission
