Job summary

Sindhuja Micro Credit is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and staff onboarding across branches. The role will involve coordinating hiring across multiple locations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

The position requires willingness to travel regularly, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to train new joiners. You will also visit branches at least two days per week to support operations and alignment with branch goals.

• End-to-end recruitment processes with emphasis on staffing needs across branches.

• Strong verbal and written communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Provide training to new joiners when required to ensure onboarding quality.
