Job summary

Hinduja Housing Finance is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for senior management across the AP region, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will develop talent acquisition strategies and partner with business leaders to define job descriptions and hiring needs.

The role requires conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and driving succession planning and learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements during the recruitment cycle.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior management positions across the AP Region.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Should be able to do frequent branch visits in AP Region by managing end to end life cycle.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and support cultural transformation.
• Identify training needs and facilitate learning and development programs.
• Lead succession planning and talent review processes.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., compensation, benefits, L&D).
