Job summary

mastertrust is seeking a recruitment professional to drive end-to-end hiring across Pan India for diverse roles including Sales, Product and Wealth management. You will source candidates through portals, headhunting, social networks and references, and design strategies to attract and evaluate talent.

You will short-list via telephonic screening and initial rounds, assess candidate interest, and manage salary fitment and negotiations while building a proactive pipeline for future vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Having relevant experience in hiring across different levels at Pan India Level and varied competencies (Sales, Product, Wealth management etc.)
• Sourcing through various job portals, head hunting, Social Networking sites, and references as per the specified JD.
• Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
• Short listing the candidates through modes like telephonic screening, preliminary rounds & checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm etc.
• Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations.
• Able to anticipate the upcoming vacancies & be prepared with the pipeline of potential candidates
