Job summary

People Facilities in India is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding. You will coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and schedule interviews.

You will conduct cold calling, headhunting, and referral campaigns to source top talent, and prepare MIS reports on metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
• Experience with cold calling, headhunting, and referral campaigns.
