Job summary

Spago Foods is seeking a proactive HR professional to manage the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement and HR operations for a fast-growing organisation.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating hiring across PAN India, conducting inductions, coordinating training, driving employee engagement, handling relations and grievances, and maintaining HR records and reports in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across PAN India.
• Experience in onboarding and induction programs.
• Ability to coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution knowledge.
• Prepare HR reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across PAN India locations.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring for corporate, operational, and leadership positions.
• Conduct employee induction, onboarding, and orientation programs for new joiners.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain positive employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution in line with company policies.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
• Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers to meet manpower requirements within timelines.
