Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a dynamic recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring in Pune. You will understand stakeholder requirements, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, maintain databases, negotiate offers, and build a strong talent pipeline while ensuring policy compliance and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining dates with selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with HR, onboarding, and operations teams for smooth joining processes.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring standards.
• Generate recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics such as TAT, conversion ratios, and offer-to-join ratios.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, and job portal partners.
• Participate in recruitment drives, walk‑ins, campus hiring, and bulk hiring initiatives.
