Qualifications

• Business Partnering with regional heads to drive HR strategy and people initiatives across branches.
• Manpower planning and recruitment to ensure timely staffing for branches.
• Employee relations management including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and retention strategies.
• Performance Management System: drive goal setting, reviews and normalization across units.
• HR operations management: transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and compliance tasks.
• Engagement and culture activities to monitor and improve employee experience and morale.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to HR policies and internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Business Heads / Area Managers to align HR plans with business needs.
• Oversee manpower planning and ensure timely recruitment for branches.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Drive PMS processes including goal setting, reviews, and normalization.
• Manage HR operations such as transfers, promotions, and salary actions.
• Lead engagement activities and culture initiatives to boost retention and morale.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal audits across branches.
