Job summary

Wow Momo Foods in Delhi is seeking an HR professional to partner with store and regional leadership to drive people objectives and support business growth.

You will own manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and HR operations to ensure policies and compliance across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and store leaders to align HR objectives with business goals.
• Drive manpower planning and timely hiring for stores and corporate functions.
• Support store launches with HR planning.
• Handle store-level recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Monitor attrition and improve new hire experience.
• Address employee grievances and conduct investigations.
• Drive employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Ensure HR policies, SOPs and legal compliance across outlets.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering

• Partner with Regional/City/Operation Managers to achieve business and people objectives.
• Drive manpower planning and ensure timely hiring for stores and corporate functions.
• Support business expansion through HR planning for new store launches.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Ensure Store level recruitment on timely manner.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Monitor early attrition and improve new hire experience.

Employee Relations

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Build a positive employee relations climate across locations.

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Drive recognition and reward programmes.
• Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Support leadership development initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Monitor attendance, leave, disciplinary records, and HR documentation.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and SOPs across all outlets.
