Job summary

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation (Nuvoco) seeks an HR leader to partner with business units to drive HR strategy and people initiatives aligned with objectives. The role manages end-to-end employee lifecycle—from joining to exit—and focuses on engagement, retention and stakeholder relations.

You will support manpower planning, recruitment, performance and talent management, succession planning, L&D coordination, payroll inputs, and HR analytics to provide insights to management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy and people initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including joining, transfers, promotions, confirmation and exit.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and employee relations initiatives.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment and critical position closures
• Drive Performance Management, IJP, Talent Management and succession planning.
• Coordinate L&D initiatives and ensure timely completion of training plans.
• Handle HR operations, attendance, payroll inputs and employee data with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements and company processes
• Analyse HR data/MIS and provide HR analytics and actionable insights to management.
• Act as a trusted HRBP/employee interface and resolve employee queries and grievances.
• Drive HR initiatives across plant/business functions and corporate stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills required.
