About the role:

• Hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, outreach, coordination, and recruitment operations.

What you'll actually do:

• Researching and sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Understanding job requirements and creating effective candidate search strategies.
• Screening candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Reaching out to shortlisted candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
