Job summary

Hundo Pizza is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across functions. You will source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to close positions within timelines.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and coordinate offers and joining. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and data-driven recruitment tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming roles.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate offers to selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates through notice period and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide updates on open positions, interview status, offers, and closures.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles.
• Coordinate with external recruiting consultants/agencies as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track KPIs like time-to-hire, source of hire, interview-to-selection, offer-to-joining.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and candidate-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to understand hiring requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
• Understand hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles in consultation with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Negotiate compensation and coordinate the offer process with selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the notice period and ensure smooth joining.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, interview status, offers, and closures.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants/agencies wherever required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Support employer branding and other recruitment initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening candidates across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
