Seventh Contact Hiring Solutions is hiring for a Recruitment Partner role with 1 to 3+ years of experience. The position is full-time permanent with a 3 months training and 3 months probation.

Remote work with occasional visits to Pune or nearby office locations for engaging, reviews and training for Pune-based candidates. The role requires strong English communication, excellent academics, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and email management.

Responsibilities

• Understand client manpower requirements.
• Source quality CVs from portals, resume databases, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Screen applications, shortlist, submit resumes to client and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and coordinate interview schedules.
• Work closely with clients to address hiring challenges and needs.
• Support candidates in exploring opportunities within our clientele.
• Collaborate with colleagues to expand learning and collaboration.
• Follow defined standards to percolate a positive work culture and stay committed.

Job description

Designation: Recruitment Partner

Experience: 1 to 3+ years

Nature of Job: Full Time Permanent (3 months training + 3 months probation)

Work Location: Remote with occasional visits to office for Pune or nearby based candidates for engagement, review meetings and training purposes.
For candidates not based in Pune - this will not be applicable.

Work Timing: 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM

Work Days: 5 Days working (Saturday and Sunday Off)

A candidate who is currently on a long career break because of personal reasons and has past relevant corporate experience before the career break, with good academic background, service oriented mindset, passed out a few years back and is interested and open to pursue a career in recruitment function.

Job Description

• The work will involve understanding the manpower requirement of the client company.
• Sourcing quality and sufficient CVs from various relevant sources like Job Portals, Resume Database, LinkedIn & Other Social Media Platforms, References etc.
• Sorting of the applications, preliminary screening of the shortlisted candidates, submission of resumes to the client, follow-up with clients for feedback, and coordination of interviews.
• Closely work with clients to understand their challenges and work with them to address them.
• Supporting candidates in exploring suitable job opportunities within our clientele and helping them get the best possible job opportunity.
• Work closely with your colleagues to expand your learning and collaboration.
• Follow the defined standards of work, process and values to percolate a positive work culture.
• Commit towards the purpose and goal of the organisation.

Job Specification

• The candidate must have an excellent academic background.
• The candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• The candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Email Management.
• The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and maturity to deal with candidates, clients and colleagues. The candidate must be service oriented by nature.
• The candidate must have a good leadership skill, confidence and inner drive to remain progressive, they must have a good appetite to learn.
• Should have a flair for searching, investigating, exploring new ways to look for the right candidates.
