Job summary

Integrated Active Monitoring is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process in Pune. The ideal candidate will source, screen, coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate selection, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with job portals and MS Office.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA or any graduate degree.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Internship or experience in Recruitment/HR Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from respective departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Negotiate salaries and discuss employment terms.
• Generate offer letters and maintain recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and document collection.
• Share joining instructions and company policies with selected candidates.
• Prepare onboarding documentation, employee files, and HR records.
• Coordinate with Admin and IT teams for workstation, email ID, and asset allocation.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Ensure completion of joining formalities, including forms, agreements, and compliance documents.
• Maintain employee database and onboarding trackers.
• Support new employees during the initial onboarding period.
