Job summary

Lavya Associates HR Services is seeking a Recruitment Officer in India. The role focuses on sourcing and screening resumes from top portals according to client requirements, followed by telephonic interviews and detailed briefings to candidates.

You will coordinate face-to-face interviews, obtain consent for profiles, and communicate with clients by email and calls. Daily MIS updates to seniors are required, with ongoing candidate coordination, feedback collection, and post-interview follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening of resumes from top online portals based on client requirements.
• Conducting telephonic interviews of shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing client job profile with candidates during interviews in detail.
• Obtaining consent from candidates for face-to-face interviews with company managers.
• Sending candidate profiles to client via email and calls.
• Lining up candidates based on client-side shortlisting.
• Taking feedback from client after interviews.
• Coordinating with client HR for offer generation and documentation.
• Following up with candidates till joining and during replacement clauses.
• Daily MIS reporting to seniors.

Role Responsibilities

• Sourcing Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on client's requirement.
• Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
• Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
• Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
• Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
• Taking feedback from client company after the interview.
• Coordinating with the client company HR Team for offer generation and documentation.
• Follow up with the candidate till joining and till the replacement clause from the client company side.
• Daily Reporting Submission of daily MIS to seniors.
