Lavya Associates HR Services in Gurugram (Haryana) is seeking an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to clients, with a strong emphasis on communication and timely delivery.

You will conduct telephonic interviews, coordinate with client HR for interviews and offers, and ensure smooth onboarding till joining.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening resumes from online portals.
• Conducting telephonic interviews of shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing client job profiles with candidates during interviews.
• Coordinating face-to-face interview scheduling with managers.
• Sending profiles to clients via emails and calls.
• Shortlisting candidates per client requirements.
• Obtaining feedback from clients after interviews.
• Liaising with client HR for offers and documentation.
• Following up with candidates till joining and replacement clauses.
• Submitting daily MIS reports to seniors.

We have an urgent requirement for the position of HR Executive - Talent Acquisition .

Role responsibilities

• Sourcing Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on client's requirement.
• Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
• Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
• Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
• Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
• Taking feedback from client company after the interview.
• Coordinating with the client company HR Team for offer generation and documentation.
• Follow up with the candidate till joining and till the replacement clause from the client company side.
• Daily Reporting Submission of daily MIS to seniors.
