Job summary

Abhaya International is seeking a recruitment professional to drive end-to-end hiring from requisition to onboarding across Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and technical roles in Agra and nearby regions.

You will manage postings on Naukri, LinkedIn and Apna, screen candidates, coordinate interview rounds, and handle offers with documentation and compliance. Occasional travel to Delhi, Mumbai, or client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience hiring for sales, operations, warehouse, and technical/QC roles preferred.
• Background in a B2B trading, distribution, food ingredients, pharma, or manufacturing setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding – Verify documents, background checks, appointment letter, induction, PF/ESIC formalities.
• Reporting – Weekly hiring status, recruitment MIS, cost per hire, audit-ready personnel files.
• Retention support – 30/90-day follow-ups with new joinees, flag exit-interview patterns.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

• 2–5 years in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience hiring for sales, operations, warehouse, and technical/QC roles preferred

Technical skills

• Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apna/WorkIndia and Boolean search
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets — trackers, pivot tables, basic MIS
• Working knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools
• Basic understanding of PF, ESIC, and offer/appointment documentation

Behavioural traits

• Excellent spoken and written Hindi and English
• Persuasive on calls; able to close candidates and handle counter-offers
• Organised and follow-up driven — chases candidates through the notice period
• Discreet with salary and personal data
• Comfortable working to weekly closure targets

Other

• Willing to travel occasionally between Agra, Delhi, and Mumbai locations for interviews or campus/job fairs
