Lavya Associates HR Services in Gurugram is seeking an Executive - Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment processes. You will source resumes, screen candidates, and conduct telephonic interviews while coordinating with clients and managers to move profiles forward.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and graduate qualification. Excellent documentation and follow-up with clients are essential for successful replacements and joining formalities.

• Sharing client job profiles with candidates during interviews.
• Obtaining consent for face-to-face interviews with company managers.
• Liaising with client HR for offers and documentation.

Job Summary

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Executive - Talent Acquisition .

Role Responsibilities

• Sourcing Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on client's requirement.
• Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
• Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
• Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
• Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
• Taking feedback from client company after the interview.Coordinating with the client company HR Team for offer generation and documentation.
• Follow up with the candidate till joining and till the replacement clause from the client company side.
• Daily Reporting Submission of daily MIS to seniors.

Preferred Candidate Profile
