Lavya Associates HR Services is seeking an Executive - Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.

Primary responsibilities include conducting telephonic interviews, sharing client job profiles, obtaining consent for interviews, and ensuring smooth progression from shortlisting to offer and joining.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience in screening and shortlisting resumes.
• Proficient in coordinating interviews and follow-up with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening of resumes from online portals based on client requirements.
• Conducting telephonic interviews of shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing client company job profile with candidates during interviews.
• Taking consent from candidates for face-to-face interview rounds with managers.
• Sharing profiles with client companies via email and calls.
• Lining up candidates based on client shortlisting.
• Coordinating with client HR for offers and documentation.
• Following up with candidates till joining and post-join replacement clauses.
• Submitting daily MIS reports to seniors.

Job Summary

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Executive - Talent Acquisition .

Role Responsibilities

• Sourcing Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on client's requirement.
• Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
• Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
• Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
• Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
• Taking feedback from client company after the interview.Coordinating with the client company HR Team for offer generation and documentation.
• Follow up with the candidate till joining and till the replacement clause from the client company side.
• Daily Reporting Submission of daily MIS to seniors.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must be a Graduate
• Good Communication Skills (Verbal and written)
