• Conducting telephonic interviews of shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing candidate profiles with clients during interview discussions.
• Obtaining consent from candidates for interview rounds with company managers.
• Sending profiles to clients via email and verbal communication.
• Lining up candidates based on client shortlisting.
• Collecting feedback from clients after interviews.
• Coordinating with client HR for offers and documentation.
• Following up with candidates till joining and replacement handling.

Job Summary

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Recruitment Officer.

Role Responsibilities

• Sourcing Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on client's requirement.
• Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened shortlisted candidates.
• Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
• Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
• Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
• Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
• Taking feedback from client company after the interview.
• Coordinating with the client company HR Team for offer generation and documentation.
• Follow up with the candidate till joining and till the replacement clause from the client company side.
• Daily Reporting Submission of daily MIS to seniors.
