Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Recruitment Delivery
   1. Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients and hiring requirements.
   2. Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skill sets, and hiring priorities.
   3. Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates for open positions.
   4. Monitor the recruitment pipeline from sourcing through interview, offer, and joining.
   5. Drive recruitment closures while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
   6. Handle high-volume and niche hiring requirements as required.
2. 2. Team Management
   1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment consultants.
   2. Allocate requirements based on team members' skills, experience, and workload.
   3. Set daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
   4. Track individual and team performance against KPIs.
   5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
   6. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
   7. Motivate the team to achieve sourcing, interview, and closure targets.
3. 3. Client Management
   1. Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
   2. Maintain strong professional relationships with key clients.
   3. Participate in client calls and requirement discussions.
   4. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline, and closures.
   5. Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.
   6. Understand market availability, salary trends, and candidate expectations to support hiring requirements.
4. 4. Recruitment Operations
   1. Maintain and review recruitment dashboards and trackers.
   2. Monitor key metrics such as submissions, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios, TAT, and closures.
   3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
   4. Ensure proper usage and regular updating of ATS and recruitment databases.
   5. Maintain data accuracy and ensure adherence to recruitment processes.
