We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage our IT staffing operations in the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Contract-to-Hire staffing, client engagement, and team leadership. This role requires hands‑on experience in managing end‑to‑end delivery for IT staffing projects, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle for domestic IT staffing projects, focusing on Contract-to-Hire hiring models.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and delivery executives to ensure optimal performance and successful client fulfillment.
• Interact regularly with clients to understand hiring needs, deliverables, timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates as per client requirements.
• Monitor key delivery metrics (TAT, submissions, closures, etc.) and drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and recruitment teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
• Proactively handle escalations and resolve delivery‑related issues with clients.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth.
