Success Pact Consulting Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function and manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, team management, client acquisition, key account management, hiring strategy, and revenue generation. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, a business-oriented mindset, and in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement and data validation.
• Develop and implement effective hiring plans and recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Analyze hiring requirements and provide employee hiring forecasts.
• Plan and execute the selection process, including screening calls, interviews, and technical assessments.
• Use innovative and multiple sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill and niche positions.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement solutions to improve efficiency and turnaround time.

Business Development & Client Management

• Generate new leads and identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals and participate in commercial and offer negotiations.
• Contribute directly to business growth and revenue generation.
• Lead, guide, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve business and hiring targets.
