Job summary

Shivansh Outsourcing in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for US staffing, sourcing candidates through JobDiva, LinkedIn, and job boards, and coordinate interviews with Account Managers and the recruiting team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in US IT recruitment, deep knowledge of US work authorization types, and a track record of building a strong candidate pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment.

You will work closely with Account Managers and the recruiting team to understand client requirements, identify qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through submission and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
• Understand job descriptions and identify the right technical skills and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through JobDiva, LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other recruiting platforms.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
• Conduct initial recruiter screening calls and effectively communicate job details and expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand changing requirements and priorities.
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, technology skills, work authorization types, and market conditions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a quality talent pipeline.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA/SDET, DevOps, Cloud, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, JobDiva, Dice, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Good understanding of W2, C2C, C2H, and different US work authorization types.
• Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Comfortable working in a US shift environment.
