KTRIAN invites a driven US Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT and Engineering roles across the US market, partnering with hiring managers to align requirements and timelines.

This onsite Ahmedabad role requires 0–5 years of US recruitment experience. You will source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals and networks, screen and interview for fit, coordinate interviews, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

• Stay updated on US hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.

Job Title: Technical Recruiter/Sr Technical Recruiter

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad (onsite)

Work Hours: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM IST or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Depends on Business Requirement)

Experience: 0 - 5 years in US Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Engineering roles across the US market
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other creative channels
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and stakeholders, and manage feedback loops
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS and tracking tools
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance standards.
