Ingeniworx Business Solutions is hiring an experienced Recruitment Manager - US IT Staffing to lead and scale our US recruitment operations. The role requires managing a team of recruiters, driving hiring performance, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.

The position is based onsite in Pune or Kolkata with a night shift aligned to US EST hours, and demands strong stakeholder management, strategy execution, and compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of US IT Staffing and Recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Experience with VMS/MSP clients and offshore delivery.
• Experience handling contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT recruiters.
• Establish recruitment KPIs, performance benchmarks, and productivity metrics.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Drive team engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support client hiring requirements.
• Partner with Account Managers and Sales Teams to understand workforce needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Ensure timely delivery of positions while maintaining quality standards.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, JobDiva, and referrals.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and recruiting teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and VMS clients.
• Resolve client escalations proactively and conduct regular status reviews.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
• Ensure ATS utilization, process automation, and data accuracy.

Job Title: Recruitment Manager - US IT Staffing (Night Shift)

Location: Pune / Kolkata (Onsite)

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM US EST Hours

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT recruiters.
• Establish recruitment KPIs, performance benchmarks, and productivity metrics.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

• Screen, assess, and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and recruiting teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and VMS clients.
• Resolve client escalations proactively and maintain high service levels.
• Conduct regular status reviews and hiring updates with stakeholders.

Reporting & Recruitment Operations

• Monitor recruitment metrics including:
• Time-to-fill
• Submission-to-interview ratio
• Interview-to-offer ratio
• Offer acceptance rate
• Recruiter productivity
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and recruitment standards.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, and talent engagement.
• Ensure adherence to US employment guidelines and organizational policies.
• Drive ATS utilization, process automation, and data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager or leading recruitment teams.
• Strong experience working with VMS/MSP clients.
• Proven success managing offshore recruitment delivery for US staffing engagements.
• Experience handling contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements.
