Doveriye is seeking a proactive HR Intern specializing in End-to-End Recruitment to support our HR team in Hyderabad. The role offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with opportunities to learn the full lifecycle of talent acquisition.

You will publish jobs, coordinate with managers, follow up with candidates, and contribute to recruitment metrics, ensuring a smooth and well-documented process.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from understanding hiring requirements to candidate selection and offer rollout.
• Job Posting: Publish job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, and Internshala.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary candidate calls to assess skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and availability.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Candidate Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with candidates and collect interview feedback from hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain recruitment trackers, update hiring status, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Joining and Onboarding: Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join on the agreed date and assist with initial onboarding formalities.
• Talent Pool Management: Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, number of profiles sourced, interviews scheduled, and offer-to-joining ratio.
