Job summary

Nikharv Consultancy in India offers a Recruitment Intern role (Remote/Work From Home) for 3 to 6 months. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with clients.

You'll learn end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing techniques, and client requirement understanding while gaining hands-on experience. Freshers and graduates in HR are welcome, and MS Excel/Word skills will be helpful.

• Graduate / MBA HR or final year student.

• Strong communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Shine and other portals.
• Screen resumes as per job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Post jobs on portals, social media and LinkedIn.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Build talent pipelines for future requirements.
• Assist senior recruiters in closing positions.
