Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support daily recruitment and HR operations.
