Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from understanding client requirements to closures.

About the Role

We are seeking passionateRecruitment Executives and Internsto join our expanding team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for clients across industries and levels, while enjoying the flexibility of remote or office-based working options.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle – from understanding client requirements to successful closures.


• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.


• Conduct headhunting for niche roles.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews, take feedback, and ensure smooth candidate experience.


• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and pipelines in the ATS/CRM system.


• Build and nurture strong client and candidate relationships.


• Achieve monthly/quarterly placement targets and earn attractive performance incentives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (consultancy or corporate).

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and potential.
