PSG Global Solutions India seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead, coach, and manage a recruitment operations team. You will drive performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure delivery of client expectations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The role requires strong people leadership, excellent communication, analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities on-site in Baner, Pune.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of proven experience in team management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve performance and productivity goals.
• Monitor and manage team metrics such as productivity, quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team huddles to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
• Analyze daily/weekly reports to track performance trends and implement corrective actions.
• Establish a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with PSG's values and standards.
• Manage team schedules, attendance, and adherence to SLAs and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific and organizational quality standards.
• Drive engagement, motivation, and retention through recognition and open communication.
• Coordinate with international clients and client managers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution while maintaining client satisfaction.

• Location: Baner, Pune
• Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week
• Salary Range: Best as per market standards
• Expected Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Experience Required: 6- 8 years

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Proven ability to manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining a focus on results.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, reporting tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience working in an RPO or BPO environment supporting international clients (especially US-based)will be highly preferred.
• Expertise in people management, coaching, and performance improvement planning.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and retention.
