Job summary

Magneto IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other portals, coordinate multiple interview rounds, and negotiate offers while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT recruitment, with hands-on experience across software development roles and IT services hiring. A Bachelor's or Master's in HR/BA is preferred.

• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment is mandatory.
• Experience hiring for software development, digital transformation, or IT services organizations preferred.

About Us

• Understand technical hiring requirements and Job Descriptions from Hiring Managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Use Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and headhunting techniques to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR/recruitment screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate L1, L2, technical, managerial, and HR interviews.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate information, interview status, and recruitment data in the ATS/Interview System.
• Conduct offer discussions, negotiate compensation where required, and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with selected candidates during their notice period to minimize offer dropouts and counteroffers.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand hiring priorities and market availability.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline, closures, and challenges.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track key metrics such as TAT, sourcing, interviews, offers, joining ratio, and offer dropouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment is mandatory.
• Experience hiring for software development, digital transformation, e-commerce, or IT services organizations is preferred.
