2Coms Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Professional to join the IT/ Digital / ITes / BPS Lateral Recruitment team. You will identify, attract, and hire IT/ITES talent across diverse skill sets in a fast-paced environment.

Accountable for full-cycle recruitment of technical and operational talent, with senior roles expanding to strategic account ownership, stakeholder governance, and team performance management.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Expert at managing end-to-end hiring cycles and closing high-impact roles.
• Creative Sourcing: Master of unconventional search techniques to engage top-tier, passive talent.
