2COMS Group in Pune is seeking a recruitment professional to source, shortlist, interview, and onboard candidates for client assignments. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely onboarding while keeping candidates engaged throughout the cycle.

The role requires 2–5 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and MS Excel proficiency. A bike and valid driving license are mandatory, and male candidates only are eligible for this

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and address their basic queries.
• Achieve assigned monthly candidate joining targets.
