• Maintain candidate databases, trackers and MIS reports.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support senior consultants with JD drafting and sourcing strategies.

About the Role:

People Connect Solutions (PCS) is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Associate Consultant – HR Recruiter to join our Recruitment / Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple industries and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and prepare detailed job requirement briefs.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, database mining, Boolean search and referrals.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and conduct initial telephonic/video screening.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client HR / hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche positions.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist senior consultants with job descriptions, sourcing strategies and client presentations.
• Achieve sourcing, shortlisting and recruitment closure targets within defined TAT.
• Stay updated with hiring trends, compensation benchmarks and effective sourcing practices.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and candidate handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn or Shine.
• Basic knowledge of Boolean search.
• Exposure to recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Understanding of any industry vertical such as IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, Telecom or Engineering.
• Internship or project experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
