Job summary

Matrix Hr Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an Internal Recruiter with 1+ year of experience to manage internal hiring end-to-end from the Bengaluru office.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain trackers, and build a strong candidate database to close positions promptly. Local Bangalore candidates only, with a preference for candidates ready to work on-site.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in internal hiring, preferably from consultancy or recruitment firm.
• Experience in recruitment consultancy/consulting environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
