Job summary

Velocis in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead - Recruitments to manage end-to-end hiring across functions, collaborating with hiring managers to define roles and timelines.

You will source through portals, social media, referrals; screen, interview, and coordinate offers while building a strong talent pipeline and delivering a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRMS and recruitment analytics is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and continuously develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer-to-joining process.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring pipeline.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Support employer branding and participate in recruitment drives, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives where required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS/HRMS.
