VService IT Solutions is hiring an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels, assess technical fit and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Strong understanding of technical requirements and candidate evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and technical skill assessment of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer discussions with candidates.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS / recruitment tracker.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to provide suitable profiles.
• Manage multiple IT requirements and ensure timely submissions and closures.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, location and other candidate expectations.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and project requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and technical skill assessment of candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer discussions.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.
• Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously and ensure timely submissions and closures.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, location, and other candidate expectations.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of IT recruitment and technical hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow,Oracle etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and keyword-based sourcing.
