Job summary

Flex is seeking a Recruiter in Pune to source and screen candidates across IT, Finance and Engineering. You will coordinate interviews, manage onboarding inputs and ensure compliance and SLAs.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in recruitment, can handle pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-3 years exp in entire Recruitment gamut.
• Flexible to work in tight schedule and timings.
• Must be able to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for fresher and experienced candidates across Verticals like IT, Finance, Engineering.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Managing the input to onboarding team.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure TAT and SLA is adhered in all BAU activities.
• Ensure respective process related documents are in place for audit and compliance
