Job summary

EdgeVantage is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Baner, Pune. You will own end-to-end recruitment, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

The role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn, and excellent screening, communication, and negotiation skills. Based in Pune or willing to work from Baner, this on-site position offers growth opportunities.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building a strong talent pipeline, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closures, source effectiveness, and pipeline status.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
• Excellent candidate screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
