Role & responsibilities

• Understand technical hiring requirements from hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates against job requirements.
• Recruit for technical positions such as Software Developers, Java/.NET Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offers, and joining dates.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer closures in coordination with HR and management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in ATS/HRMS or recruitment trackers.
• Meet defined daily/weekly/monthly sourcing, interview, and closure targets.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring technical positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay updated on IT skills, technology trends, market availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.
• Work closely with hiring managers to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
• Prepare and share regular recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
