Job summary

TP is seeking a dynamic Recruiter for a 3-month contractual stint to support high-volume hiring for our BPO operations.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and joining follow-up to ensure hiring targets are met.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO hiring preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment may apply.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned requisitions while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Manage candidate data and update recruitment trackers and ATS/Workday records accurately.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for interview feedback, offer release, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support walk-in drives and bulk hiring initiatives as required.
