Job summary

Star Health Insurance in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a Dynamic HR Recruiter with proven experience in bulk and volume hiring for BPOs, handling end-to-end recruitment and achieving hiring targets.

You will source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, and fairs; screen and interview; manage walk-ins and mass campaigns; build talent pipelines and coordinate offers and onboarding, while maintaining recruitment MIS and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bulk and volume hiring experience in BPO sectors.
• Non-IT bulk hiring experience only.
• Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and recruitment MIS.

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Experience hiring for customer service, telesales or collections preferred
