• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/voice/non-voice positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates based on eligibility and job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
• Drive candidates from selection to joining.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
