Job summary

BCforward is seeking a dedicated recruitment professional in Mumbai to drive bulk hiring for BPO and related roles. The role involves understanding managers' needs, crafting compelling adverts, and actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.

You will pre-screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates, collaborating with department managers to meet hiring targets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sourcing experience, preferably bulk hiring/non IT hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business.


• Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate.


• Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards.


• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other resume databases by actively contacting relevant candidates to tell them about open positions.


• Pre-screen and review incoming applicants for open positions and conduct telephone screening with them as required.


• Schedule and conduct interviews with potential new candidates.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable – Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process )


• Bachelor’s degree or above


• Effective communication skills both written and verbal


• Able to work both independently and as part of a team


• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint


• Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively


• Great interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
