Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a dynamic recruiter with ~5 years of experience, preferably from a consultancy/staffing backdrop, to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries.

You will develop effective sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers, while maintaining strong client and candidate follow-ups. Proactive, target-driven professionals skilled in Boolean/X-ray sourcing and proficient with ATS tools like Keka or Zoho Hire will thrive

Qualifications

• 5 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in consultancy/staffing is preferred
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across industries

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
• Understand client requirements and create sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
• Perform Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates against role requirements
• Coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates
• Maintain follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure closures
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for future hiring needs
• Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of recruitment activities

We are looking for a dynamic recruiter with around 5 years of experience, preferably from a consultancy/staffing background, who has strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple client requirements across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
• Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, references, and other channels
• Perform Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify quality candidates
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates
• Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure closures
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for future hiring needs
• Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of recruitment activities

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search, Xray searches and job portals
• Good understanding of ATS like Keka, Zoho Hire etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong networking and relationship management skills

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
• Exposure to hiring across industries like Ecommerce, BPO, KPO, Gems & Jewellery, etc.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
