You will source through portals, social media and referrals, screen candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures while upholding quality and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 15 years of recruitment experience required
• Experience with bulk and sales hiring
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS and major portals like Naukri and LinkedIn

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels
• Screen, shortlist and conduct initial interviews to assess fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements
• Manage candidate experience throughout the lifecycle
• Track recruitment metrics like TAT and offer-to-join ratio
• Support employer branding and campus/field hiring drives if required

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and sales recruitment, with the ability to manage high-volume hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring mandates
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/field hiring drives if required

Key Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in bulk and sales hiring
• Proven ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate, BFSI, or high-growth startups is a plus
• Exposure to field hiring or campus hiring drives
