Job summary

SHOTT Amusement Limited in Surat seeks an energetic recruiter to join the HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer. The role requires at least 6 months of recruitment experience and strong communication skills.

The candidate should be graduate or MBA-HR preferred, with proficiency in MS Office/Excel and a proactive, target-oriented approach. Location is Parle Point, Surat and the position is full-time.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, Job Hai.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Ensure positions are closed within the defined TAT.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
