Qualifikationen

• Strong negotiation skills and ownership attitude.

• Source and screen candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), Boolean search, references, and networking.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle scheduling, interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
• Ensure monthly hiring & onboarding targets are consistently achieved.
• Draft professional emails and maintain proper mail etiquette while communicating with candidates.
• Updating and maintaining recruitment reports real time using MS Office.
• Work as a team player, take ownership, and deliver results with accountability and integrity.
