The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, designing interview plans, and managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while maintaining candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate is extroverted with excellent verbal and written communication, capable of multitasking across multiple roles and clients, and adept at persuasive interviewing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Hiring managers and understand the clients requirement.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, on Newsgroups and job boards.
• Handle End to End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing, Screening, Interviewing) and utilize best sourcing techniques to develop and shortlist candidate pool.
• Conduct Phone Screens to qualify the candidates and assess their suitability for attitude, academics, experience & communication skills.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers; interview using a consistent set of criteria.
• Keep candidates in loop and coordinate interviews till joining.
• Maintain resume database and reporting on hiring progress.

Responsibilities
